Param Labs, an industry-leading UAE-based gaming infrastructure startup, and Animoca Brands, an organization advocating for digital property rights in the gaming industry and the open metaverse, have announced today that Animoca Brands has strengthened their partnership by making a strategic investment into Param Labs. The Param Labs-Animoca Brands alliance will boost Web3 ecosystem development. Param Labs is proud of over 50 IP collaborations with well-known businesses such as GameStop, Pudgy Penguins, and Mocaverse. They are completely committed to creating video games and infrastructure that will empower the next generation of gamers. Param Labs’ Web3 online third-person shooter game, known as Kiraverse, allows users to compete, earn, and trade digital assets such as characters and skins.

Arbitrum Unveils $426M Gaming Catalyst Program for Web3

To achieve a prominent position within the fast-growing Web3 gaming segment, Arbitrum, a layer-2 blockchain network, has just introduced the ambitious Gaming Catalyst Program (GCP). This announcement was made public on March 12 This model not only gives out the innovative $426 million ARB tokens (200 million) but also deploys them to excite game creation and execute the desired Web3 games on the Arbitrum chain. The core task is to ensure that Arbitrum becomes a leading platform for Web3 gaming artists and developers. The program gives high priority to covering the requirements of logistical support, essential skills, and tools during the initial phase of onboarding to ensure successful engagement of the best developers. This leads to a conducive atmosphere that disseminates the infusion of new talent into this world of Arbitrum.

Google Cloud, known for its expansive cloud services, has broadened its roster of blockchain partners with a focus on integrating gaming into the web3 landscape. This time, the internet giant partnered with Aptos Labs, known for its work on the Aptos blockchain, according to a press release shared with crypto.news. Under the collaboration, Google Cloud added support for Aptos’ latest venture dubbed “Aptos GameStack,” which is described as a unified platform for the creation, integration, and linkage of blockchain elements within video games. Leveraging Google’s resources, Aptos seeks to enhance its solution by incorporating analytics and integrating artificial intelligence and machine learning products alongside web3 game tools.
